The 3 Questions You Get Asked When It's All Over—How Will You Answer?

Have you recently felt overwhelmed by life’s challenges and wondered if it would be easier if you weren’t here? If so, you are not alone. This was the conversation I had with a client recently who felt life was too hard and not worth living.

Many of us are living so deeply in the drama story of our lives that we forget the truth about our human experience. We chose to be here now. This is what you asked for! Don’t believe me? There are billions of Souls right this moment waiting in line to be given a body so that they can have their human experience. The cynic in you might say, “Good, well they can have it!” But the deliciousness of being alive in this Earth Suit is all you ever dreamed of!

When it was your turn to incarnate, it was like winning the lottery. You dove in with great enthusiasm to take on your karma, refine your talents, and overcome obstacles because it feels so good. When your time is up, you will once again merge back into the ocean of consciousness to become part of the ONE. But right now, you are the wave. Are you riding that wave and enjoying every second of it or just waiting for the wave to crash on the beach? I will admit that 30-foot waves are scary and intimidating but they are also thrilling. People will travel all over the world to ride those big waves because they are the ones that make you feel most alive!

For those of you who have had SRT sessions before, you might have been told you have “Extra Souls”. Think of them as tagalongs who are trying to experience life through you because you were the one who got a body.

Doesn’t that reaffirm how lucky you are? Of the billions of other Souls, you got the body! But these other Souls have attached themselves to you so they can feel what you feel, experience how you live your life, understand what it means to be in love, to forgive, to have your heart broken, to beat the odds, to taste chocolate, swim in the ocean, be intimate with another, and bring a life into this world.

These “Extra Souls” are hijacking your life experience because that’s how special your life is. You are essentially live-streaming your human experience for them to get a taste of it.

From an SRT perspective, this is highly destructive because their karma, energy, and preferences can be confused with your own, so we need to clear and remove them. But I say this to remind you how precious your life experience really is. If you could only see how many spiritual entities are clawing to get a hold of you because “having a body” is all any of them want.

I’m sure many of you have read or heard stories about people who have had a near-death experience. One man in particular that I’ve come to know shared the 3 questions he was asked in the afterlife. They are so simple yet so profound. You could spend the rest of your life refining your answers to these simple questions.

1. What did you learn?

2. What did you love?

3. What did you do with the life that was given to you?

There is no judgement on your answers. After all, we will be the ones to judge ourselves.

But that last one, the life that was given to you! What did you do with it? Did you waste it away? Did you abuse the body you were given? Was it used to inflict pain? Or did you live with purpose? Did you use your life to inspire others? Were you of service? Did you use this life to clear karma, grow your consciousness, and heal?

You are the one who decides how to answer those 3 questions. But before you wish your life away or take this body for granted, take a moment to remember you won the Cosmic Lottery, you chose to be here, and this is all you ever wanted. To be here, right now, in this moment, living this life. So, live it with all you got.
