If you had to describe yourself with three main keywords, what would they be? Who are you? What are you? Seriously— take a moment to come up with three honest keywords. Not what you think they should be, but the truth. What are those 3 main descriptors of you?
We are what we think of ourselves. So— are your keywords positive or negative? Are you defined by your pain & trauma? Or do you embody the parts you love most?
Maybe you identify as "a cancer survivor," "a former abuse victim," or "a recovering addict." While these may be true for some people, why should they get all of your attention?
Have you ever noticed some people wear their illness as a badge of honor. I've met some who will literally introduce themselves by their disease.
Energetically speaking, whatever we give our attention to, grows. So why not turn down the volume on the part of your life that is taking up too much of your energetic bandwidth.
Take inventory of where you're offering your energy. It naturally evolves and shifts overtime, but you can still feel what your top 3 main vibrational offerings are— and then decide whether something needs to change.
When we think of Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffett or Bill Gates— what comes to mind first? I'm guessing your mind went straight to money. Bill, Buffett & Bezos are all "B"illionaires! We all collectively feed the energy that they are wealthy— and that energy continues to expand.
In fact, it's grown so fast that they could never spend it all in their lifetime so they have come up with ways to give it away. Meanwhile, many people caught in struggle continue to repeat stories of lack. Again, while that may be true, why would you perpetuate that story?
If your health is suffering, why would you give so much attention to how bad it's gotten? We are what we think of ourselves. Tell a better story!
I heard a comic once say that her defintion of "rich" is when she was able to put all her bills on "Autopay". Other people will define rich in terms of life experience or love. Being surrounded by those who love you unconditionally is certainly a rich life.
So if you can't talk in dollars, speak of your abundance in other ways— measure it in gratitude, vitality or connection.
If it's your health, find things that are working for you. I guarantee that more is working for you than against you. And the more you can focus on things working in your favor, the more things work in your favor. It just takes time and discipline.
Nothing in your life will change unless you change the energy first. This is what I do every day. I work with people who have discordant energy disrupting their life and we chage it.
Sometimes the energy is so strong that people start to identify with it. I'm angry! I have resentment. I was sexually abused. I can't forgive. I'm fearful. I'm jealous. I say, Hi, Jealous,— nice to meet you, but it's time you hit the road.
We must stop misusing the two most powerful words in manifestation: I AM. It's not your fault— the energy has been playing so loudly for so long that you may unconsciously introduce yourself as "I AM Bitter." Again, nice to meet you Bitter— but you gotta go.
This is the process of Spiritual Response Technique (SRT). We find the energy that is turned up too loud, clear it and move you back into the flow of your natural state.
Isn't it interesting that health truly is your natural state— yet you won't allow it? You've got some snag in your energy that's pinching you off from allowing your natural vitality to flow.
Start by checking your "I AM" statements to see if they tell the story you actually want told. Easier yet, book a session with me, and together we'll uncover what's been running the show— and decide if it's time for a shift.
